Zinčica

I am a traditional sheep's milk product. I am created during the production of cheese from sour sheep's milk, by boiling the whey. Especially in the summer, I am a pleasant refreshing drink. They don't make me primarily as a drink, I'm just a by-product in the production of sheep's cheese. Proteins are precipitated in the remaining liquid (whey) by heating and milk fat is captured. The precipitate is separated, resulting in a zinčica drink. According to the myth, I am also friendly to lactose intolerant people, I can help with high blood pressure or high cholesterol. I also support muscle regeneration, have a significant antioxidant effect and many other positive effects.
