Cheesecake

Cheesecake is a popular cake loved by children and adults alike, and has gained worldwide recognition. Most Poles consider cheesecake to be their most delicious festive cake. The basis of cheesecake is white cheese, which gives the cake its characteristic texture and flavour. The cottage cheese should be thoroughly ground and mixed with the other ingredients to make a homogeneous mass. It can be baked in many ways and flavours by adding many different ingredients to it, for example, raisins, poppy seeds, cocoa, dry fruit or chocolate. The big advantage is that it can be baked in the oven or made cold, which allows you to get a completely different effect. Although there are many variations on the theme of this cake, it is undoubtedly timeless and always tastes delicious. Among the most popular types of cheesecake, it is worth mentioning: Krakow, Viennese and Cold cheesecake.
