We are two Wallachians, our names are Kubko and Maťko. We live in the Slovak mountains, on the highest hill, where we go to graze sheep with our canine friend Dunčo. You could have seen us on TV, before going to bed in the nightstand. Marianna Grznárova started to write about us various stories about how we taught the cuckoo bird to make cuckoo noise or how we jumped over the bonfire, how we played the fujara and many others. The first part about us was published already in 1972 and we showed how we dusted a wolf's fur. Since then, another 12 parts have been released. Each part is 7 minutes long, and our stories were also watched by children from neighboring countries. A few years later, they also wrote a book about us.
