I owe my origin to the barbaric custom of our ancestors. After catching the animal, they tried to consume the contents of the entire abdominal cavity. Because of the taste and consistency, they gradually began to eliminate organs that were unpleasant to eat. Because of the taste of the contents of the stomach, they soon excluded me from the menu as well. Later, however, they started trying to clean me and also came up with a method of heat processing with the right ratio of ingredients. I was nicknamed the queen of snack soups. Now I will tell you how you can cook me at home. Wash thoroughly in lukewarm water and cut the trikes into strips. You scrape everything from the inside of the stomach, including the fat. Boil the strips in unsalted water for about an hour. After that, the trikes are rinsed again and cooked for another two to three hours. They must be rinsed again and boiled in new water for another hour. This lengthy procedure is necessary to remove the smell and achieve a fine consistency of the meat. Next, we proceed as with any soup - onion and pepper base, a little black pepper, salt and thickening with cream.
